mujibai is a platform specializing in AI-powered customer service agents that answer phone calls and chat with website visitors through a landing page widget. When you use the platform, visit our website, or contact us, we may process certain data necessary to provide, operate, and improve our services.
What Data Do We Collect?

- Account Data: Such as name, email, encrypted password, account image, language, country, and account settings.
- Workspace Data: Such as workspace names, businesses, team members, roles and permissions, agent settings, and activity logs within the platform.
- Agent & Knowledge Base Data: Such as scripts, prompts, FAQs, knowledge base articles, call flows, and conversation settings that you create or upload to configure your AI agent within mujibai.
- Phone Number & Call Data: When provisioning or connecting a phone number, we process the data necessary to enable call answering, routing, recording, and transcription, including call logs, call recordings, and voice transcripts, according to the permissions you grant us.
- Landing Page & Chat Data: When you embed the mujibai chat widget on your landing page or website, we process visitor conversation transcripts, contact details submitted through the chat, and related interaction data needed to operate and improve the AI agent.
- Usage and Device Data: Such as pages you visit, features you use, usage time, IP address, browser type, operating system, language, time zone, and technical log data.
- Payment and Subscription Data: Such as the selected plan, subscription status, invoice number, amounts paid, and payment history. We do not store full payment card data; payments are processed through authorized payment providers.
Why Do We Use This Data?

Use of AI Data
mujibai uses artificial intelligence technologies to power the AI agents that answer phone calls, respond to website visitors through the landing page widget, and analyze conversations to improve performance. When your agent handles a call or chat, inputs such as caller speech, chat messages, scripts, or knowledge base data may be processed to generate the requested responses. You should not enter sensitive or confidential information that you do not wish to be processed by AI systems.
Phone Numbers & Landing Page Widget
When you provision or connect a phone number, or embed the mujibai chat widget on your landing page, mujibai uses the permissions and settings you configure solely to provide the requested features such as answering calls, routing, transcription, and website chat. You can disconnect a phone number or remove the widget from your platform settings at any time.
When Do We Share Data?
We do not sell your data. We may share some information only when necessary to operate the service or comply with legal requirements.
- Service Providers: We may share data with service providers who assist us with hosting, payments, email sending, analytics, technical support, security, or operating AI, telephony, and voice features.
- Telephony & Communication Providers: We may send or receive data with telephony carriers and communication providers connected to your phone number to execute the actions you request, such as call routing, recording, and transcription.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to comply with laws or regulations, or in response to court orders or official requests from competent authorities.
- Protecting Rights and Safety: We may use or disclose your information when necessary to protect our rights or the rights of our users, or to ensure the security of the platform and prevent its misuse.
International Data Transfers
Your data may be stored and processed in countries outside your own, depending on the operational locations of the service providers, telephony carriers, and AI providers we rely on. We take appropriate measures to ensure the protection of your data in accordance with applicable laws.
Data Retention Period
After a subscription ends or an account is deleted, mujibai begins procedures to delete your data, including call recordings, transcripts, and chat conversations. Data is retained for up to 30 days; during this period, some data may remain temporarily available for restoration or technical processing purposes. After the retention period, personal data and workspace data are deleted from our operational systems, except for data required to be kept by law, for security or accounting purposes, or to prevent fraud.
Account Deletion
When you request to delete your account, mujibai begins the deletion request in accordance with this policy. You may be able to cancel the deletion request during the retention period if available. After the deletion process is complete, it will not be possible to recover the account, your phone number connections, or any call and chat data associated with it.
Backups and Logs
Some data, including call logs and conversation transcripts, may remain in backups or technical logs for a limited time after being deleted from operational systems for security, system recovery, or legal compliance purposes. This data is deleted or overwritten in accordance with internal retention cycles.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences, improve performance, analyze usage, and protect accounts. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, but disabling some may affect the functionality of certain features.
Data Security
