Acceptance of Terms

By using the mujibai platform, creating an account, or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the platform.

Services We Provide

mujibai provides AI-powered customer service agents that answer incoming phone calls and chat with visitors through a widget embedded on your landing page or website. Our services include phone number provisioning and call routing, conversation and call analytics, knowledge base and script configuration, team management, and the use of AI technologies to power and continuously improve your agent.

Accounts and Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details, and for all activities that occur under your account, including your connected phone numbers and embedded widgets. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Content You Create

Ownership of the scripts, knowledge base articles, prompts, and other content you create, upload, or manage via mujibai remains yours or that of the owner. You grant mujibai the necessary technical permissions to process this content solely to configure and operate your AI agent. You bear full responsibility for the legality of the content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of others.

Acceptable Use

To maintain a safe and fair environment for all users, using the platform is prohibited in any of the following cases:

• Illegal Content: It is prohibited to upload, configure, or deliver through your AI agent any content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property rights, or involves abuse, defamation, fraud, or any harmful materials.
• Illegal Use: mujibai may not be used for any activity that violates the laws or regulations applicable in the country from which you use the service, including unsolicited or unlawful calling and messaging practices.
• Unauthorized Access: It is prohibited to attempt to access mujibai systems, other users' accounts, phone numbers, or data without authorization, or to attempt to bypass security protection measures.
• Reverse Engineering: It is not permitted to reverse engineer the platform or attempt to extract the source code, decrypt, or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Platform Misuse: It is prohibited to use automated tools, bots, or means that may affect the platform's stability, generate excessive or fraudulent calls, or lead to an abnormal consumption of its resources.
• Account Sharing: It is not permitted to share login details with others in a manner that violates the subscription type or usage limits allowed in your plan.
• Exceeding Subscription Limits: It is prohibited to attempt to exceed call minutes, message limits, or other usage restrictions imposed on plans, or to misuse platform resources or AI services.

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription fees are calculated according to the plan you choose upon purchase, including any allotted call minutes, phone numbers, or conversation volume. Subscriptions may renew automatically according to the chosen payment method unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies designated for that purpose.

Third-Party Services

Some mujibai features rely on external services and providers, such as telephony carriers, AI and voice providers, or payment services. mujibai is not responsible for any downtime, changes, or restrictions imposed by those parties that may affect certain platform features, including call answering or landing page chat availability.

Use of AI

mujibai provides features based on artificial intelligence technologies to power your agent's phone calls and landing page conversations, and to analyze their performance. Results and responses generated by the AI agent are provided for assistance purposes only, and the user remains responsible for reviewing agent configuration, scripts, and outputs to ensure their accuracy and appropriateness before using them with customers.

Account Suspension or Termination

mujibai may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, including your connected phone numbers and landing page widgets, if you violate these terms or use the platform in a way that may harm the service, other users, or violates applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the mujibai platform, including software, designs, logos, trademarks, and content owned by mujibai, are reserved to mujibai or its owners, and may not be used or reproduced without prior permission.

Disclaimer

mujibai services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or available without interruption at all times, nor do we warrant that call handling, responses, analytics, or content generated by AI agents will be accurate or suitable for all uses.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, mujibai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, missed calls, profits, or business opportunities resulting from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Changes to Terms

mujibai may amend these terms from time to time. In the event of material changes, we will notify users through appropriate means. Your continued use of the platform after the amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the country where the mujibai company is registered or as specified in official legal documents, unless the applicable law provides otherwise.
